Basic Information[]
Thelya, formerly Edhellond, was established by Galaxly after his return to the server. Being the only member of his town, he had singlehandedly gathered and constructed all of Edhellond, which quickly became the jewel of Kiksuya, his first nation. Given time and several close calls, Galaxly renamed his town to Thelya and opened its doors to all members, new and old. Since then, it has slowly grown to become a city of trade, architecture and civilization.
History[]
After discovering the modest plain, he began immediate construction, first by creating a white stag made of quartz in the city square. Several days since laying out the city groundwork, the capital of Nexus, or Defiance, also began construction several hundred blocks north. Fearful of invasion, Galaxly swiftly moved to improve relations with Nexus leader Moosebobby. Ultimately, Edhellond was at peace.
That was until members of Eshavala, a mysterious town who worshipped Eshava, built burning crosses on all sides of the town. In another instance, Kewldog and indomitableforce entered the city donning eerie masks and armor. Feeling threatened, Galaxly confronted and spoke with indomitable, offering an embassy to also maintain friendly relations. Eshavala accepted, and again, Edhellond was at peace.
As Kiksuya and its allies held talks of rebellion against a dominating Nexus, Galaxly left the nation and instead joined with Moosebobby, hoping to retain a sense of neutrality in a world of black and white. Hoping to garner Nexus loyalty, he participated in several battles of his own, albeit at great cost. For instance, Bixdad seized Edhellond out of retribution for Galaxly's participation in an earlier battle. After a round of heated negotiations, the city was returned to his possession. He, along with Edhellond, continued to reside in a time of uncertain peace and paranoia. Then came the return of DuhBuzz and the rise of Kiksuya- Nordsveldet. However, his residence there was short-lived, as Buzz kicked everyone from the nation and declared the return of Drastia. Kiksuya was reformed, with Galaxly as one of its defining members, and Edhellond was renamed Thelya. It was there that he opened his borders and began inviting all manners of folk from all walks of life. In particular, newer members such as mrmagic55 or Kyle_Broflovski and his friend, Burnt_popcorn.
Be that as it may, Thelya had no central city, as Edhellond was built without regard to plots or the idea of a genuine populace. As such, many new members were dumped into outposts of their own. It wasn't until Kyle_Broflovski persuaded Galaxly that Thelya's secondary city, a wayward outpost village, was transformed into its central focus.
Along with President Meloye, plans are in motion about a new metropolitan area for Sayela and Thelya, or Kiksuya as a whole of a nation.
Other notable events in Thelyan history include Gaffy00's egg attack and later sacrifice to Eshava.
